The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at Intrust IT. The role serves as a champion for employees and exemplifies positive behavior in alignment with company values, expectations, policies, and procedures.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role leads administrative effort required for various human resource functions. This includes record-keeping and employee file maintenance, HRIS data, onboarding and offboarding employees, recognition programs, benefits administration, training and process documentation, talent management, payroll administration, and performance management. This role is crucial to the HR team, offering comprehensive service to Intrust employees and boosting efficiency through expert administrative support and leadership.

Human Resources Coordinator Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, related field and/or HR certification credential.
  • Related Human Resources work experience.
  • Proven understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Thrive in a high-paced, ever-changing environment effectively managing multiple tasks/demands.
  • A deep understanding and care for what the quality of your work represents, demonstrating responsible ownership.
  • Open and eager to improve performance outcomes through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tech competent and eager to master new software platforms and utilize AI tools for improved efficiency and productivity.

Human Resources Role Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Intrust IT staff for assigned HR functions.
  • Maintain human resources files and employee records, ensuring their completion and accuracy.
  • Preserve the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive and confidential company and employee information.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, collecting and submitting employee information, and notifying insurance carriers or brokers of changes in status.
  • Assist with the annual benefit Open Enrollment cycle.
  • Oversee the documentation of company processes and manage the tools for training and professional development systems, ensuring high utilization and consistent updates.
  • Aid in the performance management processes, including the annual performance review cycle.
  • Facilitate the talent acquisition process by managing job postings, reviewing candidates, arranging interviews, and addressing candidate inquiries.
  • Provide support and assistance with payroll functions, including data processing and reporting.
  • Lead the planning and execution of team building and engagement events such as organization-wide meetings, volunteer opportunities, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc.
  • Offer administrative and clerical support to cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks, duties, and projects assigned.

Salary And Benefits

Starting base compensation for this role is expected to be between $23-$25 per hour.
