Key Responsibilities:
Oversee care operations, scheduling, and service delivery.
Support staff, including hiring, training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal policies and procedures.
Monitor care quality and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
Manage staffing levels and address personnel issues.
Collaborate on budgeting, logistics, and resource management.
Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and caregivers to resolve concerns, as necessary.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks to support office operations.

Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations preferred.
