The Role

We're looking for someone who loves helping others and getting details right. As a Technology Coordinator on our Cross Boarding team, you’ll be the friendly face behind our clients’ employee programs - setting up new hires' accounts and devices, supporting smooth offboarding transitions, and making sure everyone has the tools they need to do their best work. You’ll manage everything from device inventory to security-focused access requests, all while collaborating with a supportive and innovative team.

This person must reside in the Denver-metro area, as this role requires scheduled work Monday through Friday. Your first 30 days will be in office five days a week; after 30 days, four days a week.

What You’ll Do

  • Support a wide variety of clients and systems while championing our people first mission.
  • Act as a guide and partner to our clients' People/HR and Technical teams, leveraging your IT knowledge to craft efficient workflows that blend established practices with people-first solutions
  • Welcome our clients’ new hires by creating user accounts for all of the systems they need for their role, setting up and sending out their company-issued device, and making sure they have all the tech they need on their first day of work
  • Offboard our clients’ departing employees by cutting off their access to tools at the right time, ensuring company data is stored safely, and making sure their device makes it back to inventory, cleanly wiped and ready to be redeployed
  • Provision and de-provision access across a large range of tools on a request basis, making sure to verify with established points of contact that the right person has the right level of access
  • Manage our client’s device inventory including both Macs and PC’s. This includes removing data, installing software, keeping meticulous client-facing records of what is currently deployed and who it belongs to as devices are shipped to and from our office
  • Perceive all requests under a lens of security, and be familiar with SOC2 requirements in order to help our clients maintain compliance (if you're not familiar with SOC2, we'll teach you!)
  • Work with our clients’ stakeholders to continually update and fine tune their on and offboarding processes, and document these measures so that your teammates can easily replicate those directions
  • Communicate enthusiastically with users and stakeholders in a way that delivers the point, but is not overly technical
  • Provide memorable customer service to our clients via written and verbal communications
  • Collaborate with your team to help us continually innovate on and improve our cross-boarding process as we grow and scale our business
  • Work alongside a vibrant and supportive team of IT professionals with unique backgrounds who are passionate about delivering the best IT experience on the market today

Benefits + Pay

The salary for this position will depend on experience, but will start in the range of $50,000 - $70,000, plus variable compensation based on individual performance. If you're more experienced, we are happy to discuss increased salary and title.
